• Minecraft username so the purchase can be delivered to the correct account.
• Email address for receipts, order confirmations and support.
• Billing details and country required by the payment processor and for tax purposes.
• IP address and device data used for fraud prevention.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example PayPal, Stripe and similar processors). Full card details are entered on their systems and are never stored on our servers. We only receive a transaction identifier and status.

Order data is shared only with the payment processor, tax and accounting providers, anti-fraud services, and, where required, law enforcement. Order data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. After that period they are deleted or anonymised.

You may request a copy of your store data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion where legally possible by contacting us on Discord. Requests are typically handled within 30 days.
